The AACS provides helpful legal information to member schools.
AACS Legal Counsel prepares a Legal Report dealing with a current legal topic of interest to member schools. This publication is for member schools and is available by logging into the AACS website. Administrators of member schools are encouraged to review the Legal Reports that are available on the website prior to contacting the Legal Counsel. Many frequently asked questions are already answered in these reports.
The Legal Counsel is also available to provide limited assistance to member schools through a service called the “Legal Hotline.” School administrators can avail themselves of this help by calling the Legal Counsel – 706-549-7586.
